Shannon is a certified Enneagram coach and the founder of Next Steps Enneagram Coaching. With over 20 years of experience in education and leadership, she brings a unique perspective to organizational culture and team dynamics. Shannon first witnessed the transformational power of personality insight as an instructional leader at an elementary school, where a single breakthrough with a colleague—sparked by a simple personality test—led to a powerful professional alliance. That same teacher would later step into Shannon’s former role, a testament to the trust and growth their connection made possible.
Now, Shannon helps corporate teams move beyond surface-level communication to
build cultures of empathy, accountability, and clarity. Through the lens of the
Enneagram, she guides leaders and teams to not only understand what they do—but
why they do it—unlocking new levels of engagement and collaboration. Her work
empowers organizations to take the next step toward a healthier, more connected
workplace by moving participants from acknowledgment to application.
